A man lives in an apartment with a cat. After having sexual encounters with a woman, he tries to create an emotionless sexual relationship with her. The goal is to detach" mind/emotions" from body". She confronts him with this by turning the relationship around sexually, thus creating her own " pornography". Vermin creep into the house and the cat begins to rebel. The man hears laughing and mumbling in the hallway and has a vision of a man in 3B. The woman begins to dominate the relationship, culminating in her biting his arm. This bite grows into a tumor, which is similar to one on her back. When seeing that under her wig is a disfigured scalp, he begins to suspect that she may not be human. The women abandons the man. He tries to call her, but there is no answer. He attempts to see another woman/man, but unable to feel for her/him , he rejects the encounter. The man finds his cat slain in the hallway and the woman calls him. She comes over and they connect at his tumor while being watched by the man in 3B.
