Guidelines For Submission: Preview cassette (NTSC or PAL VHS, 1/2") Entry fees must be paid by check or money to: Euro Underground *Non-refundable entry fees Features/shorts film/video .....($30) If you would like your screening copy returned Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Jury prizes will be awarded in each of the following categories: Narrative Feature, Short Feature, Documentary, Experimental and Viewers Choice.

Notification to Entrants: All entrants will receive written notification regarding submitted work 2 months after the the deadline. If your film or video is selected, you will receive information regarding submission of an exhibition print or video, screening dates and times, and available accommodations, should you decide to attend the Festival. Upon notification of acceptancea complete set of publicity will be requested, including black-and-white still photos, press books and one-sheets.

I attest that I am the (an) owner of the rights for exhibition of the film/video being entered. I do hereby grant permission to Euro Underground 2003 to show my film video and to use it for promotional purposes for the 2003 Festival. I have carefully read and fully understand the complete rules of the festival.
